ABOUT US
Life is simply better with a little colour, good coffee and something homemade on the table.
We’re Heidi and Martin, and Motch is our small café and shop here in Lund.
Heidi bakes most of the cakes and bread you’ll find in the café.
You might also spot her next door at Yoko Does My Hair, where she works alongside running Motch.
Martin keeps the daily rhythm behind the counter.
Over time we’ve slowly filled the space with furniture, objects and little curiosities collected from travels, flea markets and unexpected places.
It’s part café, part shop and a little bit of a treasure hunt.

If you happen to be in Lund, our door is open.
Drop in for a matcha, a coffee or something homemade from the kitchen. Sit down for a while in the café — or head out to the backyard if the sun is out.

THE BOUTIQUE
Inside the café you’ll also find a small boutique.
Some of the pieces are made here — like Heidi’s colourful resin bowls, jars and vases.
Alongside them you’ll find textiles, objects for the home and small curiosities we’ve picked up along the way.
